SUBMISSION TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
APPLICATION Applications for the SEA(S) CONFERENCE 2017 must be addressed directly to the Conference Chair, Professor Vasiliki Leventakou.

1.Short email letter of interest not exceeding 200 words , including:
- full name and profession of the applicant (s)
- university, school, organization
- postal address, country,
- email address, phone, web site(if available),
- discipline and short description of the project no longer than 200 words .
2. The abstract. It must not exceed 300 words in word document , short title in capital words must be provided.
The abstracts must be original and their structure must include as mandatory : Purpose , structural methodology , scientific approach, findings , research and innovation(if applicable),practical and social implications, conclusion.
The abstracts must be in form that would be acceptable for media release use.
3.Short CV/Biography of the applicant(s), not exceeding 200 words in word document,form suitable for media release use.
4. Still image or portrait of the applicant in jpg form
5. Full Papers must not exceed the 2000 words, or 2500, inclusive of figures, references, tables and appendices.
6.Payment proof of the application /entry fee
The Conference participants are invited to provide their presentations in advance in digital form and copied text too.

The Conference Program will be scheduled according to the most outstanding abstracts that will be received by April 25th 2017

Application/entry fee of euro 30, non refundable., required with the application.
Conference participation fee : Euro 200. Payment required with the acceptance confirm.
Conference participation fee: Euro 550 ( inclusive 3 days 1 person accommodation in 4 stars hotel /breakfast /dinners/ cultural tour/transportation to & from the conference venue )

After completion of the application and the acceptance confirm participants are provided – upon request- documents confirming their participation in the program, conference or related activities, toward applying for funds in their supporting organizations.
Cancellations policy
For cancellations before July 5th, 2016, 50% refund will be applicable. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to: leventakouvaso@gmail.com
Late arrival, unused services, unattended sessions or events, early departure from the conference fall on the participant and there is not acceptable any demand for reimbursement.
SIDE EVENTS ON PROGRAM
OPEN SEA EVENT: ODYSSEU’S DIAPLOUS
The event is following the Homeric Odysseu’s route .
It will take place in the Northern Kefalonia, in the open sea between Fiskardo and Ithaca , distance 5,5 Miles.
Participation in the event has separate fee, that will be announced.

Additionally In collaboration with the AQUATIC SCUBA DIVING CLUB ( http://www.aquatic.gr) underwater group tours will be organized upon request.
